In a statement, Kaine says he believes
Walton does not fully understand why

Kaine says there's a possibility
Walton's impairment is not permanent,

which is why he's not commuting his
sentence at this time.

The Supreme Court has ruled states

shifting into high gear.
TAKE 460 Botetourt FS TAKE FS GFX

VDOT is proposing to increase the
limit on close to five miles of the
highway from 55 to 60 miles per hour.

But Susan Bahorich says... it's a
proposal that doesn't sit well with
county officials.
