NASA engineers expect to spend
most
of today trying to figure out whether a
couple of late-breaking glitches are a
threat to tomorrow night's scheduled

Discovery is slated to take off
on a mission to rewire the
international space station's
electrical system.
But the shuttle experienced a
brief power surge yesterday.
Early tests show no damage.
Launch managers say it's too
early to tell if the problems will
postpone what's supposed to be the
first nighttime launch in four years.
