Tonight a meeting to discuss how
to improve the water quality of the
Looney Creek watershed was held at
Buchanan Elementary School.

According to the Department of
Environmental Quality - the bacteria
levels are too high.

Officials say the solutions are
simple - residents need to keep
livestock out of the water, establish a
buffer zone around the area and improve
any faulty septic systems.

When it comes to heels it's best

not to wear anything over an inch and
half.

And Go for shoes with a wider
heel as well as a sole that gives you
some traction.

If you just have to have the
pointy shoes it's best to go a size
bigger, so you're not trying to squeeze
your feet into them.

And remember your feet swell
during the day so shop for shoes later
in the afternoon to get the best fit.

During the winter months it's
also important to make sure your shoes
are waterproof.
