our area.

So the Roanoke County school board
has come up with a new game plan for
Bogle Field.

was decided Cave Spring and Hidden
Valley High Schools would share a

football facility at Cave Spring Middle
School.

VO NAT The issues at Bogle Field have been
numerous.

One year the field was resoded but
the grass died after it wasn't watered
properly.

Add to that you have two teams
constantly using the field which has
created plenty of wear and tare.

It's even worse when it rains,
turning Bogle Field into a muddy mess.

As a result, many parents have
complained the field is sometimes
unsafe.

So tonight, the Roaonke County school
board allocated 800-thousand dollars to
put in artificial turf at Bogle Field.

nearly 2 years.

She is the same underage girl who
says she had sex with Vick in his

apartment in January 2004.

That's the night that led to his
arrest and conviction for contributing
the delinquency of a minor.

You'll remember, Vick and two
other teammates gave three underage
girls alcohol and encouraged them to
strip.

The girl says after Vick's arrest
they continued to have sex even though
he was ordered not to have contact with
her.

The lawsuit contends Vick offered
her alcohol and marijuana at various
times and that the girl saw Vick
smoking pot.

She also alleges another Virginia
Tech football player offered up his
apartment so the pair could continue
having sex without the Blacksburg
Police Department finding out.

And she claims Vick asked her to
have sex with other men including
another Tech football player.

The teen is suing because of
psychological trauma from the alleged
illegal sex.

The Hokies booted Vick off the
team last January for his ON and OFF

the field behavior.

He is now a third string rookie
quarterback for the Miami Dolphins.

today after responding to an incident
in Northwest Roanoke.

Around four o'clock police were
called to Melrose Park for a disorder
call and possible shots fired.

When they got there, an officer
attempted to approach two people,
believed to be connected with the
incident.

Police say one of them ran while
the other fired shots at the officer.

grieving tonight after a loved one died
in a house fire.

searching for three missing hikers on
Oregon's Mount Hood.

men's cell phone received a signal from
T-Mobile late last night.

They don't know if he suddenly
turned on his phone...or if it had been

Regardless, morale is high.

The three men have been missing

need to go because of blizzard and

changing the way it does business,
especially when it comes to Virginia's
interstates.

Under state law...by the July 1,
2009, VDOT will be required to
outsource all of its interstate

their own wine to gift shops and
boutiques, that's not the case
anymore....after a federal mandate made
it illegal....they must now have a
middle man....

wineries, with no where to sell her
wine.

In comes Wine Shop at Home.....a
California company that goes around the
country promoting boutique wineries
from the West Coast by recruiting
people to host in-home tasting and
education.

NAT SOUND, DOES ANYONE KNOW THE THREE
S'S OF WINE?

IS TO GET EVERYONE TO TRY NEW WINES AND
REALIZE THAT IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE A

An idea that Kolb believes could
easily work for VA boutique wineries as
well.
