nearly 2 years.
She is the same underage girl who
says she had sex with Vick in his
apartment in January 2004.
That's the night that led to his
arrest and conviction for contributing
the delinquency of a minor.
You'll remember, Vick and two
other teammates gave three underage
girls alcohol and encouraged them to
strip.
The girl says after Vick's arrest
they continued to have sex even though
he was ordered not to have contact with
her.
The lawsuit contends Vick offered
her alcohol and marijuana at various
times and that the girl saw Vick
smoking pot.
She also alleges another Virginia
Tech football player offered up his
apartment so the pair could continue
having sex without the Blacksburg
Police Department finding out.
And she claims Vick asked her to
have sex with other men including
another Tech football player.
The teen is suing because of
psychological trauma from the alleged
illegal sex.
The Hokies booted Vick off the
team last January for his ON and OFF
the field behavior.
He is now a third string rookie
quarterback for the Miami Dolphins.

a Roanoke Police Officer in the
Northwest part of the City.

business, especially when it comes to
Virginia's interstates.

Today officials announced they're
consolidating and or closing 87
facilities across the Commonwealth.
Under state law...by the July 1,
2009, VDOT will be required to
outsource all of its interstate
maintenance.
Several stations will close in
Central and Southwest Virginia,
including the airport station in
Roanoke.

scheduled to be closed, however it will
remain open as a sub-station.
About 600 workers will be
reassigned to their duties at other

the juvenile and domestic relations
district court for the last twenty

Trompeter was recognized for his many

Saturday's championship rematch between
Wisconsin-Whitewater - and you guessed
it Mount Union.
This marks the 14th straight year
that the City of Salem has played host
to the D3 title game, and USA Today is
making sure people from one end of this
nation to other know all about it.

Both team hit the practice field
under balmy conditions shortly after
arriving in the valley.
Besides these workouts the
players will also visit with patients
at the V-A and some of tHe area's

on the Salem Rotary Club to pick up the
division three player of the year award
- known as the Gagliardi trophy. The
Alma College quarterback from Michigan
is well balanced and mature beyond his
years.

for a National Title next season, but
outside of Florida and Ohio State who
isn't. The Hokies hope they have
gotten a commitment that will help them
get to that game. Cris Hill verbally
said he will play for the Hokies. He 5
foot 10 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back
from Highland Springs High School,
which is the alma mater of current
Hokies Macho Harris and Noland
Burchette.
Hill had 30 offers, his final
choice came down to Tech and Tennessee.
He is rated as a top 5 recruit in the
state.
