October 2004 A week later, Blackwell's burnt out

Investigators got a break this week

This morning, his body was found
about 30 yards from that barn.

City Police had been called to
Melrose Park for a disorder. There were
shots fired.

One officer approached two men
who he thought were involved.

Police say one man ran and the
other person fired shots at the
officer.

The officer was not hit but
police used a K-9 to catch 25 year-old
Antonio Dudley.

He's been charged with
obstruction of justice.

Police also charged 24 year-old
Robert Lewis with wreckless discharge
of a firearm for the initial incident
that brought police out.

18 year-old Tyrice West was
