OUT Q=DePompa, News 7, Blacksburg. a sexual relationship with Vick for
nearly 2 years.
She is the same underage girl who
says she had sex with Vick in his
apartment in January 2004.
That's the night that led to his
arrest and conviction for contributing
the delinquency of a minor.
You'll remember, Vick and two
other teammates gave three underage
girls alcohol and encouraged them to
strip.
The girl says after Vick's arrest
they continued to have sex even though
he was ordered not to have contact with
her.
The lawsuit contends Vick offered
her alcohol and marijuana at various
times and that the girl saw Vick
smoking pot.
She also alleges another Virginia
Tech football player offered up his
apartment so the pair could continue
having sex without the Blacksburg
Police Department finding out.
And she claims Vick asked her to
have sex with other men including
another Tech football player.
The teen is suing because of
psychological trauma from the alleged
illegal sex.
The Hokies booted Vick off the
team last January for his ON and OFF
the field behavior.
He is now a third string rookie
quarterback for the Miami Dolphins.

File Tape For years, parents and players have
been complaining about the condition of
Bogle Field.
The problem?
The field is used by two high
schools, Cave Spring and Hidden Valley.
That leads to plenty of wear and
tear, and when it rains the field looks
more like a muddy mess.
As New 7's Justin McLeod discovered,
the school board is now ready to do

For Donald Rumsfeld.. its been a week
of farewells..
Launched with a final visit to Iraq as
defense secretary..
RUMSFELD Im getting the hook
Wednesday he addressed Pentagon
employees at an awards ceremony.
RUMSFELD 17:08:56 these last six years
have certainly been among the
most challenging, I think, anyone can
imagine
(Department of Defense Video)
And Thursday he released a taped
goodbye to the troops.
RUMSFELD 16:53:30 It has been the
highest honor of my life to serve with
you, the men and women of the U-S armed
forces.
Rumsfeld leaves the Pentagon just ten
days shy of being the person to
hold the job for the longest.. though
he does bear the distinction of
being both the youngest and oldest
defense secretary.
(February 12, 2002)
RUMSFELD there are known knowns; there
are things we know we know.
Known for combative news conferences..
Rumsfeld has had little to say
publicly since President Bush announced
he was out.. and Robert Gates
was in.
Voters expressed their dissatisfaction
with the Iraq in midterm
elections.. and that made it time for
the architect of the war to go.
(December 8th, 2004)
RUMSFELD 6:38:06 you go to war with the
army you have not the army you
want or wish to have at a later time
The Defense Secretary departs under
fire from critics who say he
resisted sending enough troops to Iraq
and that he was in denial about
the strength of the insurgency after
the fall of Saddam Hussein.
CLOSE: This afternoon Rumsfeld gets a
full-honors sendoff with parade
attended by the President at the
Pentagon. Susan Roberts, News 7.

For Donald Rumsfeld.. its been a week
of farewells..
Launched with a final visit to Iraq as
defense secretary..
RUMSFELD Im getting the hook
Wednesday he addressed Pentagon
employees at an awards ceremony.
RUMSFELD 17:08:56 these last six years
have certainly been among the
most challenging, I think, anyone can
imagine
(Department of Defense Video)
And Thursday he released a taped
goodbye to the troops.
RUMSFELD 16:53:30 It has been the
highest honor of my life to serve with
you, the men and women of the U-S armed
forces.
Rumsfeld leaves the Pentagon just ten
days shy of being the person to
hold the job for the longest.. though
he does bear the distinction of
being both the youngest and oldest
defense secretary.
(February 12, 2002)
RUMSFELD there are known knowns; there
are things we know we know.
Known for combative news conferences..
Rumsfeld has had little to say
publicly since President Bush announced
he was out.. and Robert Gates
was in.
Voters expressed their dissatisfaction
with the Iraq in midterm
elections.. and that made it time for
the architect of the war to go.
(December 8th, 2004)
RUMSFELD 6:38:06 you go to war with the
army you have not the army you
want or wish to have at a later time
The Defense Secretary departs under
fire from critics who say he
resisted sending enough troops to Iraq
and that he was in denial about
the strength of the insurgency after
the fall of Saddam Hussein.
CLOSE: This afternoon Rumsfeld gets a
full-honors sendoff with parade
attended by the President at the
