closed and will allow for private
independent physicians.

He also says the hospital has
been in discussions with private
physicians and plans to work with them.

County overnight after a nine-hour
search.

meeting.

Aubrey Hicks lives in Old
Southwest... a historic district -- and
that means there are certain rules
about what you can do to your house.

Hicks violated a rule when he opted
for a shingle roof instead of replacing
his tin roof with more tin. And he did
it without the appropriate permits.

Hicks admits he made a mistake, but
points out the tin roof would have cost
15-thousand dollars more. He says he
simply can't afford it.

City Council will vote tonight on
whether to allow Hicks finish his roof.

immediately. The quarterback's

entered an in-patient program and that
