morning.

Blevins is a resident of
Washington Square Apartments.

He was last seen wearing a blue

accrediting institution.

It comes from the Southern
Association of Colleges and Schools,
which cites concerns about the
college's operating deficit, deferred
maintenance and high tuition discount
