ANCHOR=TRAVIS year, sweeping all the major honors on

the L-P-G-A Tour.

For her efforts the 24-year-old

runnerup Amelie Mauresmo, the French
tennis star who won Wimbledon

and Australian Open titles this year.

Tiger Woods was named Male Athlete
of the Year yesterday, so this marks
the first time since 1993 that
