Year's celebration in Times Square
continued today.

As crews attached the 72 crystal
triangles to the ball, to help radiate
light.

Every year, as the clock nears
midnight on December 31st, the ball
goes down the famous flagpole in Times

Square.

And this year, it's estimated one
million people will watch it in person
with more than a billion other watching
from around the world.
