breathing a sigh of relief tonight.

VO-NAT A judge today found Jeffrey
Hodges not guilty of sexual or physical
assault against two inmates at the
Roanoke County jail.

October Salem Elementary School.
The inmates alleged the incidents
happened while Hodges was tutoring them
one- on- one for the G-E-D.
One inmate told the judge Hodges
rubbed his leg before grabbing his
penis during a math session.
The defense poked holes in their
testimony using recorded phone
conversations made shortly after the
alleged incidents- in which no mention
of the assaults were made.

Allan King plead guilty to charges of
racketeering and drug conspiracy.
King, along with Sheriff Frank
Cassell and nearly a dozen deputies are
accused of taking part in an alledged
conspiracy that put seized drugs and
guns back into the community.
Also in court this morning,
33-year-old James Alden Vaught- the man
who helped feds record undercover
conversations with suspects in this
case.
He plead guilty to a charge of
racketeering.

The Appollo was chosen because it
was where Brown first started his

Georgia. Brown died early Christmas
