for Saddam Hussein's execution are
complete.

A U-S judge has rejected a
request by Saddam Hussein's lawyers to
delay the Iraqi leader's execution.

Now, we knew that the Iraqis
wanted to act quickly, we heard from
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki
today saying nothing would stop this
exectution....but just how soon it
would happen may have surprised
some....all night we have been hearing
it would happen by ten but to this
point, still no word on whether it has
in fact happened.

When it does, the country
will go on a state of high alert...to
try and curb any post execution
violence...many particularly worried
this could unleash potential attacks on
our troops serving overseas....

resorts.

it's less than ideal.

east coast. In fact, we're told some
ski resorts in Pennsylvania are
thinking of closing until some snow
arrives.

At the Wintergreen ski resort, there
are currently only five trails open,
that's less than half of what it
usually is this time of year.

Not only is there no natural snow,
it's been too warm some nights to even
make any man made snow.

As a result, the resort says
attendance is down and the price of a
lift ticket has been slashed.

target was 27th Judicial Circuit Court

The former prosecutor became a
judge a year ago and mainly presides
over cases in Wythe County and Radford.

Investigators say they caught
wind of the plot from one of the people
Dunford tried to hire.

review the status of a teacher cleared
of assault charges.

Hodges not guilty of sexual or physical
assault against two inmates at the
Roanoke County jail.

Hodges teaches kindergarten at
South Salem Elementary School....

A news release from the Salem
school division late last night said

The decision could come as early

charges in Arizona.

Police say the former heavyweight
boxing champ pulled out of a nightclub
and nearly hit a sheriff's vehicle.

Officers say when they pulled him
over, they found cocaine on him and in
his car.

In court today, the judge
released Tyson without bond until his
trial....but he will have to remain
drug free, and submit to drug tests.

They're excited about the match
up and anticipate Virgnia Tech taking
the Bull Dawgs to the pound.
