shootings.

The first happened Friday night

A major winter storm left much of
New Mexico knee deep in about 2-feet of
snow Saturday.

The storm left residents and
motorists stranded, many businesses
closed and forced airports to shut
down.

A gas station in Albuquerque
closed after its roof collapsed under
the weight of the snow.

The storm also has forced the
closure of several major highways
including Interstates 40 and 25.

A tornado touch down was reported
early yesterday morning in southern
Louisiana.

Police said no injuries were
reported, but homes are damaged, trees
uprooted and power lines are down.

center of Ouja- the town of his birth.

greeted with mixed emotions.

Some Iraqi celebrated in the
streets - cheering and singing.

While others protested.

Dozens of people died in
three-different bomb attacks on
Saturday, but authorities say those

attacks weren't motived by Hussein's
execution.

Saddam Hussein was hanged late
Friday night for his crimes against
humanity.

life was like in Iraq under a dictator
he calls worse than Hitler.

Gerald Ford continues today in
Washington, D.C..

brought in from California after a
private service.

He's now at the Capital Rotunda.

Yesterday, his wife Betty and
politicans who personally knew him said
goodbye.

The Rotunda will now be open to
the public, so that Americans can view
the casket of the 38th President- which
will lie in state until Tuesday
morning.

66-bodies off Indonesia's coast after a
ferry carrying more than 600-passengers
sank in a violent storm.

Witnesses say panic broke when
the ferry began shaking and veering

after being pounded by raging waves for
10-hours.

Passengers reportedly fought for
life preservers.

Ships are scouring a large
section of the Indonesian coastline as
helicopters and planes search by air.

Rescue crews say almost 200
survivors have been rescued.
