come up with an exact time table.

things like concerts.

Right now, the city is studying two

sites, Reserve Avenue near the old
Victory Stadium as well as Elmwood
Park.

Each location has its pluses and
minuses which some fear will lead to a
long drawn out debate just like Victory
Stadium.

GRAPHIC=Crime And the New Year has gotten off

to a deadly start in Henry County - a
man was fatally shot and now police are
looking for who did it.

On Monday night, authorities say
John Finney and his wife Denise of
Collinsville went to meet someone at
the Dutch Inn Motel.

When they got there investigators
say a man from another car got out,
walked over to them and started
shooting - killing John Finney.

One neighbor we spoke with
described the couple as friendly.

looking for three males who were riding
in a dark blue or black car with
Connecticut license plates.

They say there are indications

the shooting was drug related.

football and basketball player is in
jail tonight.

VO-NAT 18 year old Josh Maxwell is a

senior athlete at Fort Chiswell High
school.

He and a 20-year old... Michael
Armbrister are charged with attempted
robbery and a weapons violation.

The Sheriff says they tried to
rob the Fort Chiswell McDonalds early
Sunday morning.

Investigators say the pair went
to the drive-up window, showed a gun
and demanded FOOD.

They never got the meal but were
arrested just minutes after the
incident.

The sheriff says it was a toy

gun.

fight between two restaurant owners got
out of hand--

Investigators say the owner of a
fried chicken restaurant admitted to
setting another restaurant on fire.

Now the fight all began when the
doughnut shop started serving fried
chicken at a cheaper price then the
chicken restaurant.

The owner of the fried chicken
restaurant says he used a hammer to
punch a hole in the wall between the
stores...then squirted gasoline inside
and tossed a lit match.

The fire destroyed the doughnut
shop... .but the chicken restaurant was
unscathed.

No one was hurt.

looking for a woman they say set fire
to a toy display at a Walgreen's
store-- all because of an argument with
the clerk over change?

An employee says the woman was at
the cash register last night when she
questioned the amount of change given
to her .

A few minutes later the woman
apparently realized she had the correct
change.

But police say she was so
upset....she set a display of stuffed
toys on fire.

Tech will make the formal announcement-
and Governor Tim Kaine will be in
Roanoke to spell out the details.

school will be a joint venture between

to a source familiar with the plan, the
medical school will be small with about

of this calf, and he thought twins were
being born at the same time.

But there was only one..... She
has four eyes, two noses, two tongues,
three jaws and three sets of teeth.

She can't moo or eat properly so
they feed her through a tube.

Heldreth (HELL-dreth) believes
she has two brains because the calf has
difficulty walking and seems to have a
dominant side.
