thousands of Goodyear workers.
Unionized workers at 12 plants
in the U-S began returning to their
jobs this morning.

Last Week They'd been on strike for
nearly three months.
The workers, including more
than two-thousand in Danville, ratified
a new contract last week.
A Goodyear spokesman says the
focus is on taking care of customers
and beating the competition.

GRAPHIC=Fatal Shooting Henry County is investigating its
first shooting death of the year.
Around nine yesterday evening,
authorities say John Anthony Finney and
his wife Denise drove to the Dutch Inn
Motel to meet someone.
Authorities say the couple pulled
up to a car with Connecticut license
plates carrying three black men.
That's when authorities say one
of the men got out of the car, walked
over to the Finney's vehicle, and
fired.
John Finney died after sustaining
multiple shots - one of those in the
chest.
Denise Finney escaped with only
minor injuries.

murdered in their home were found okay
last night.

elude police before they stopped him
last night.

GRAPHIC=Train Derailment Rainy weather was apparently the
cause of a train derailment this
morning in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Authorities say a mudslide led two
locomotives and a box car to go off the
tracks.
No word on what the train was
carrying, but firefighters and Haz-Mat
crews were called to the scene because
of a reported diesel fuel spill.
So far, no injuries have been

some folks in Kansas and Nebraska get
their electricity back after last
week's blizzard.
And in Colorado, the National Guard
will use Humvees to bring groceries
into snowbound areas.
Crews are trying to reach people who
may still be stranded, after all of the
heavy snow the past two weeks.
