compartment that may have held
marijuana.

Airport officials say the botle

Accused kidnapper Michael Devlin
entered his plea this morning via video

link from a Missouri jail on charges he
abducted 13 year old Ben Ownby

earlier this month .

Police found Ownby and another missing

boy, 15 year old Shawn Hornbeck,

in Devlin�s suburban St. Louis
apartment last week. And while

prosecutors say the accused is innocent
until proven guilty�they also

believe their case against the
defendant is very strong.

"When Mr. Devlin was taken into
custody, he did confess that he had

kidnapped Ben Ownby."



But with all the publicity surrounding
this case�Devlin�s attorneys want

his trial moved to another county.

The video hookup was the first
appearance before a judge for the
41-year

old pizzeria worker. On Wednesday, he
was charged with kidnapping


Hornbeck in 2002. while details of his
4 years in captivity have not

been revealed.. Police believe the boy
was terrorized with a handgun

into cooperating with Devlin.



Authorities say Devlin is also their
most viable lead in another

unsolved kidnapping, the 19-91
abduction of an 11 year old boy. He�s

being held on one billion dollar�s
bail. A preliminary hearing has been

set for March 15th.

(END SOT) boss he didn't just keep carrying the

torch - he turned up the flame on it.
Replacing a legend like - hall of famer
Husky Hall is never easy - and more
often than not - a flat out disaster.

But since taking over Henry
County's Coupe de Ville a dozen years
ago - Wells has won three state titles
and is now just a couple of victories

away from the 200 win plateau.

Modest yes, efficient - amazingly
so.

Winning three state title in just 11
full seasons of coaching towers over
both Hall - who needed 34 years to win
7 championships and the state
winningest head coach Paul Hatcher of
Robert E. Lee who has just four state
titles in 39 seasons.

But mostly he's just brought home
the wins and brought a sense of pride
to an area of the state that can use

CNN tells us that a USAIR flight
heading from Philadelphia to Roanoke
made an emergency landing in
Charlottesville this morning.

The plane is on the ground and
everything appears to be okay.

At this point we do not believe that
anyone on the plane was injured.
