GRAPHIC=Radford University The number is now more than 50.

That's how many people showed up
at the N-R-V Valley Medical Center with
an unknown illness, the majority of
those people are Radford University
students.

They had stomach cramps, diarrhea
and were vomiting.

Of the 53 people who went to the
hospital, 11 are still being treated.

Health officials say they are in
good condition and will eventually be
released.

The University has closed two
restaurants in the food court at Dalton
Hall as a precaution.

The New River Valley Health
District is investigating and they have
not diagnosed the cause or the illness.

Oklahoma...

For some towns, it's six days
and counting...all of it thanks to the

winter weather that hit the area last
week.

To be more exact, about 6,500
homes are still without power in the
Tahlequah region.... and volunteer
firefighters are working round the
clock getting help to those in need.

A little help, like daily water
donations from the Cherokee nation,
help out a lot....but many say the
biggest inconvenience is being
isolated....people there are just
hoping the whole thing is over soon!

is facing child porn charges.

Police say Kevin Scott Morris
faces 20 counts of possession of child
pornography.

He was extradited from Georgia to
South Boston today.

Police say they began
investigating him after a development
authority official found images of
young females in sexual poses on a
computer in 2005.

Authorities say it was a computer
Morris used when he was the executive
director of the Halifax County
Industrial Development Authority.

He is now the vice president of
economic development for the Gwinnett
Chamber of Commerce outside of Atlanta.

burglarized.

charged 26 year-old Jonathan James
Newman with theft.

Police say Newman stole items
from the woman's apartment hours after
an emergency team took her to the
hospital....items that police say they
found inside Newman's residence.

Police say its not uncommon to
receive conflicting information during
an investigation but they stand behind
the arrest.

But the station is standing
strong, that Newman was not on duty the
night in question.

A judge denied a motion to change
the photographer's bond this afternoon.

Shell is charged with murder in
the death his girlfriend, model 19 year
old Marion Franklin.

Franklin died of an apparent drug
overdose after a photography shoot in
Shell's Radford studio in June 2003.

The judge did lift a restraining
order today that prohibited Shell from

contacting Franklin's family.

His third attorney in as many
years is requesting the case be
dismissed.

That motion will be heard in
March.

continues to be one of the Top High
School Teams in the Nation. They have
produced players such as Jerry
Stackhouse and Carmelo Anthony. Oak
Hill is ranked number 1 on the Nation
this week, but that should change, they
lost their first game last night in
Chicago.

Mount taking on Franklin County as part
of a quadriple Header.

And this one was a highlight show
ladies gentlemen, Brandon Jennings
throws one off the backboard, Nolan
Smith whose headed to Duke finishes it
off nicely with the slam.

The Eagles were overmatched by
the kept hustling Hassan Craig picks up
the loose ball and goes in for the
uncontested lay-up.
