come from Mother Nature...

We begin tonight with the problem
of an overgrown deer population in
Roanoke.

ENG#=1 VO-NAT

VO-NAT Three years ago, the city launched a

deer management program which to this
date has cost taxpayers 132-thousand
dollars.

During that time, sharpshooters
killed a total of 436 deer.

been slanted towards the Cavaliers in
the Overall History with the Wahoo's

recent history it has been rather even,

RSN The 2 teams matched up in
Charlottesville this time, both looking
for their 3rd Conference win of the
Season.

The Cavalier women looked like
the men as they jumped out to a healthy
lead in the first Half, Freshman Monica
Wright led the way, she had 17 points
in the game and pushed the lead to 14
early in the 2nd Half.

But Tech started to mount a
comeback. Nare Giawara doing it on
both ends first she will get the block
then on the other end she scores the
bucket inside, She 17 points and 14
Rebounds
*CG final Virginia Tech The Hokies had never led in this 60 game until their final possession, Virginia Kirby Copeland will come up short of 58 everything but Brittany Cook, right
place at the Right Time, She gets the
stickback and the Hokies get the win 60
to 58 over U-V-A.

Yesterday J.R. Reynolds went way past the
Number 25 against Wake Forest scoring a
career high 40 points. That was part
of a week where Reynolds averaged 23
and half points in 2 Cavalier Wins.
For that J.R. was named the A-C-C
Player of the Week.

The 40 points are the most scored
this season in the Conference.
Reynolds was perfect from the Free
Throw Line against the Demon Deacons

and hit a career high 6 three Pointers
on 8 attempts.

The Wahoos will look for a 3rd
straight win Wednesday as they travel
to N.C. State.
