41- year- old Eric Nerhus was
airlifted to a hospital with serious
injuries after being attacked by a 10-
foot- long Great White shark..
Witnesses say the shark essentially
swallowed the man's head, crushing his
face mask and breaking his nose.
Nerhus managed to wrestle himself
free of the shark's jaws by poking it
in the eye.
His son pulled him out of the water.
