Police in the Alleghany highlands
have arrested 18 year old Andrew
Michael Washburn for allegedly
abducting and raping an Alleghany
County woman.

He's now in the Botetourt County
jail where he's been charged with rape
and malicous wounding -- and more
charges could be on the way from
Alleghany County.

apparent murder-suicide early this
morning in Roanoke County.

shortly before one.

There they found the bodies of
28-year-old Christopher Holdaway and
32-year-old David Worstell.

The delivery man brought the
order to his house, Fuell says when he
separated the boxes, he found what he

discovered it was marijuana -that's
