Investigators say Regina Douglas
broke into Chester Richardson's home

and set the curtains on fire.

Authorities say the two are
acquaintances.

A national surveys shows they
have much more to be concerned about.

car - a leading cause of accidents.

Almost 90 percent see other teens
using cell phones while behind the
wheel.

85 per cent say loud music can
often be a distraction.
