Cassell is asking a federal judge to
move his trial out of Roanoke.

this afternoon, where his attorneys
argued that extensive, prejudicial
media coverage would make it difficult
to seat an impartial jury.
He faces charges that include
money laundering and obstruction of
justice. Cassell's trial is now set to
begin June 5th, and the defense wants
to move the case to Charlottesville.

to their players to stay focused on the
task at hand and to worry about the
things they can control - following
those instructions has been virtually
impossible this season in Floyd.

To their credit the coach and his
players have handled both the pressure
of playing with a bulls eye on their
backs and the burden of playing for
their coach and his family with
incredible poise.

Cantrell and the players have tried to
use basketball as a metaphor to help

discovered that things like this bring

getting in gear.. but now they are
suited for the big game.

After a slight delay, the lions
that guard Chicago's Art Institute are
now wearing Chicago Bears helmets.
The helmets were originally too
small and brittle when designers tried
to put the helmets on the lions
yesterday.
The helmets were warmed up to
make them more flexible.
The tradition of fitting the
lions with headgear dates back to 1984,
when the Chicago Cubs won their
division.
This is the second time the lions
have worn Bears helmets.
