look through debris in Raleigh County,
West Virginia.

origin of a propane gas explosion that
killed four people at a convenience
store in Ghent (Jent).

Five others were injured...four
of whom are still in critical
condition.

A spokesperson for the West
Virginia Fire Marshal's office says the
investigation could take a while
because of the amount of damage.

In fact, they may never know what
caused the explosion.

Roanoke was caused when the spark of an
electric drill driver set off a small
explosion.

The two workers were badly burned and
both later died.

In 2006, the squad answered about
50-calls a month for a grand total of
581 for the year. The crew averaged a
response time of about 7minutes.

of non-paid rescue organizations it's

With constant training it can feel like

hopes to buy the Doc Roberts Tire
Company property - which is next door
to town hall.

Plans for the 4-million dollar
project would create more space for
Blacksburg's planning and engineering
departments.

A historic building would also be
preserved, and it would buffer a
high-end neighborhood from commercial
traffic.

Last summer, town officials
purchased an option to buy the building
and have been evaluating the site
since.

No final plans have been made
yet.

week of testing for the Nextel Cup
series drivers out in Las Vegas.

The one and half mile track has
been repaved and reconfigured with the
banking being increased from 12 to 20
degrees.

Apparently the changes are
conducive to not only speed, but also
accidents.

No less than six drivers hit the
wall running test laps and couple
wrecked multiple times.
