judge says a NASA astronaut will be
allowed out on bond tonight.

Nowak is charged with plotting to
kidnap her romantic rival in a love
triangle.

Nowak -- a married mother of three
was apparently involved with another
astronaut.. who is single.

The two flew on separate shuttle
missions last year.

Police say drove from from Houston
to Orlando .. and wore a diaper so she
would not have to stop. Astronauts

wear diapers on launch and re-entry.

Police say she was dressed in a wig
and trench coat and confronted the
other woman allegedly spraying her with
pepper spray.

Police also Nowak was found carrying
a steel mallot, a bb gun, a four inch
folding knife, rubber tubing and large
garbage bags.

She's now charged with attempted
first degree murder.

against Terps as they ended a six game
losing streak to Maryland.

Mamadi Diane and Sean Singletary
combined for 51 points as the Cavs
topped the 100 point for the first time
against the Terps.

The Cavs are currently tied for
first in the league with Boston
College.

Maryland currenlty has a better
overall record than UVA at 17 and 6,
but the Terps are just 3 and 5 in

conference play.

stairs of the Empire State Building.

A 22 year old man from Germany won
the 13th annual race with a time of 10
minutes and 25 seconds.

The winning woman made the trip to the
top in 13 minutes and 12 seconds.
