around closing time.

One of the girls testified Tran
massaged her legs and touched her
privates.

But several witnesses said the
store is too open and it would not be
possible for Tran to have molested the
women.

And the defense provided evidence
that Tran wasn't even in the store that
night.

A jury of six men and six women
found there was reasonable doubt and
found him not guilty.

Authorities say Navy Captain Lisa
Nowak drove 900 miles to confront a
woman she believed was her rival for
the affections of a space shuttle
pilot, Bill Oefelein (O-full- line).

Police say Nowak sprayed pepper
spray into the victim's car, and was
also carrying a b- b pistol, a knife
and several large plastic bags and

disguises with her.

NASA, meanwhile, has not yet made a
decision on Nowak's future as an
employee.
