Startz admitted to shooting and

According to court records,
Startz NOW wants to withdraw his plea,
because of new information on
prescription drugs that may help his
defense.

Startz was supposed to be
sentenced next month.

from the Evington Volunteer Fire
Department.

Today 42-year-old DeAnn McCune admitted
she took the money while serving on the
department's board of directors.

Authorities estimate McCune stole
between 17 and 20-thousand dollars over
a seven-month period in 2005.

They say McCune has paid back

Each of the 13 grand larceny
charges carries a potential prison term
of 1 to 20 years.

McCune will be sentenced in the
Spring.
