Chuck Lightfoot of Evington was
arrested Friday and charged with two
counts of taking indecent liberties
with a minor and eight counts related
to distributing cocaine and marijuana
to juveniles.

Lightfoot is a long-haul truck driver
who used drugs to entice sexual favors
from young girls.

They think it's possible he's
done the same thing in other states
along the east coast.

in last year's double murder at the
Tinker Creek Manor Apartments in
Roanoke began today.

A 20-year old co-defendant
testified against fellow murder suspect
James Andrew Morrell.

Jeremy Carter told the judge
he and Morrell and a third defendant
were smoking crack with the two
victims, when Morrell slit one woman's
throat, then choked the other with an
electrical cord.

Carter and the teenage
co-defendant have both pled "no
contest" to the crime and are awaiting
sentencing.

Brenda Wright were beaten with the butt February 10, 2006 of a B-V pistol and stabbed to death
last February.

allowed inside to get a look at the

Patrick Henry and William Fleming.


It's completely voluntary. A
student must first plead guilty and
then appear before a jury of their
peers.

By doing that, he or she avoids a
suspension but that doesn't mean they
get off with a slap on the wrist.

damaged by fire on Friday afternoon.

from the heat and flames, and the rest
of the building was filled with smoke.

County's latest purchase....the

seat. A proposal before lawmakers in
Richmond would raise the age to eight.

Our poll asked 500 Virginians
what they think. 56 per cent oppose the

those questioned favor height and
weight requirements over any age limit.

the School Board have come to terms on
funding for the new William Fleming
High School.

Season Champion in a 1-game playoff.

Pratice squad before getting cut during

Randall then signed with Tampa
