inside the Virignia Supreme Court
today--- now the state forensic lab is
studying that substance to figure out
exactly what it is.

mail.
That employee immediately
contacted Capitol Police, closed off
the area and worked to de-contaminate
himself.
Police shut down the building's
ventilation system.
The Virginia State Police
counter- terrorism unit tested the
powder onsite....
Those results were inconclusive,
but officials believe there is a low-
risk that it's hazardous.
All state employees working on
Capitol Square are trained how to deal
with suspicious letters and packages.

testified today against fellow murder
suspect James Andrew Morrell.

he and Morrell and a third defendant
were smoking crack with the two
victims, when Morrell slit one woman's
throat, then choked the life of of the
other with an electrical cord.
Carter and the teenage

sentencing.

Brenda Wright were beaten with the butt
February 10, 2006 of a B-V pistol and stabbed to death

Friday.

Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers
and has been added to the active
Roster. Out of College Randall, who
wasn't drafted, signed a free agent
deal with the Atlanta Falcons and spent

Falcons Practice Squad. He was cut
after the next season's training camp
in favor of D.J. Shockley out of
Georgia.
In Pittsburgh, Randall will
