Morris was supposed to be home next
month.

But instead of planning his
homecoming, his family is preparing for
his funeral.

bomb went off at a security checkpoint
on Wednesday.

Wise Street home to play with a friend

convicted a Virgina Tech student this
morning of making a bomb.

pleaded no contest this morning to two
felonies and a misdemeanor.

Investigators say he placed a
bomb in the apartment of a friend, and
then reported the friend to police.

This morning, a judge
convicted Siriwardena of manufacturing
an explosive device, breaking and
entering, and filing a false police
report.

He'll be sentenced in April.
