Authorities say the girl left
school around 3:30 to walk to her home
just a few blocks away but never
arrived.
Officers are going door to door in
the neighborhood asking whether anyone
has seen her.
Her mother tells police it's very
unusual for the girl to not come

NASCAR is defintely been more
vigilant in its enforcement of the
rules this week, but the consistency in
the punishment is still lacking.
Before yesterday everyone caught
was fined, suspended or docked points.
But after getting caught cheating
yesterday Jeff Gordon not only wasn't
fined or docked points, but he got to
keep his win.

(END SOT) Tech - Curry exhibited one of the
sweetest jump shots known to mankind.
He averaged 19 points a game for his
career - dropping in nearly 24 hundred
points - before there was a three point
line.
Now he's trying to duplicate some
of that success and smoothness as a
color commentator for Raycom-Lincoln
Financial ACC games.

When he's not broadcasting,
running his charitable foundation or
working for the Charlotte Bobcats -
Curry spends his nights and weekends
watching his oldest son Stephen Curry
play at Davidson.
It's obvious the apple didn't
fall far from the tree. While Stephen
looks more like his mom - the former
Sonya Adams of Radford - Stephen wears
his dad's number 30 and fills up the
basket just like pop.
Stephen is averaging over 20
points a game in his freshman season
with the first place Davidson Wilcats
in the Southern Conference.
