Washburn is accused of taking a woman
from Clifton Forge and raping her in a
remote area of Botetourt County last
month.

Yesterday, authorities released
the results of D-N-A testing that does

more than one in six billion.

RUN01 When Lynchburg police tried to pull
over Timothy Michael Vest on February
1st, they had no way of knowing his
history behind the wheel of a car.

But after a 10-minute chase through
mid-town ended with Vest in handcuffs,
authorities learned he was an habitual
offender who had a DUI conviction but
no license.

Virginia roads of late.

In November, police say Corey
Dennis Peters was drunk and driving
without a license when he crashed
head-on into a van carrying the family
of Andy Barrick.
