over Timothy Michael Vest on February
1st, they had no way of knowing his
history behind the wheel of a car.
But after a 10-minute chase through
mid-town ended with Vest in handcuffs,
authorities learned he was an habitual
offender who had a DUI conviction but

Championship last season on that floor.

egos. But, the Nextel Cup Drivers have
to put all of that behind them and move
onto the next race, which is California
