yesterday to try and take back his
guilty plea to the first degree murder
of ex-girlfriend Donna Angelo.

Police say Startz walked into the
Fairlawn Walmart last year and shot her
in the head.

He now says he stopped taking the
drug Lexapro, shortly before the

shooting and the side effects are what
drove him to murder.

Startz says new studies he found
on line about anti-depressants made him
want to change his plea.

my email box recently, alledgedly from
the University of Virginia Community
Credit Union.

This was supposedly my "third and
last notification."

I was instructed that I must
enroll in the company's "Challenge
Questions" Authentication.

Failure to do so would result in
the blocking of my account.

That's a method of identity theft
carried out by tricking a person into
clicking a link in an email, where they
are taken to a website that looks
genuine.

This one certainly did.

The victim thinks they are
entering personal information for a
legitimate purpose, but the criminals

then use the personal information for
their own purposes.

The University of Virginia
Community Credit Union is aware of the
fraudulent notices being sent out.

The company has posted a message
on its webpage.

The explains the emails are not
from the Credit Union.

It advises that, "These emails
are phishing scams designed to look
legitimate. DO NOT click on the link in
these e-mails and DELETE the emails
immediately."

Be aware that UVA Community
Credit Union will never send an email
requesting that you provide private
information online. >>

Questions" Authentication.

Failure to do so would result in
the blocking of my account.

then use the personal information for
their own purposes.

The University of Virginia
Community Credit Union is aware of the
fraudulent notices being sent out.

The company has posted a message
on its webpage.

The explains the emails are not
from the Credit Union.

It advises that, "These emails
are phishing scams designed to look
legitimate. DO NOT click on the link in
these e-mails and DELETE the emails
immediately."

Credit Union will never send an email
requesting that you provide private

This is live video from NASA.

The pair is conducting a six- hour
spacewalk to fix a faulty antenna on a
Russian cargo ship docked at the
international space station.

The antenna got stuck in a railing on
the station when it docked in October.

If it's not repaired correctly, it
could present problems when the vessel
needs to undock to make room for a new
space ferry.

double in size and that will soon
happen.

The county is getting ready to build
a new modern facility here on Merriman
Road across from Penn Forest
Elementary.

The 15 million dollar facility, which
will look similar to this, is near
wetlands. The county sees that as an
asset rather than a obstacle.
