infamous murder case in Henry County.

Short were found dead in their home -

A month later, their young
daughter Jennifer was dead in
Rockingham County, North Carolina.

Since that time authorities have
followed up on dozens of tips - but
none have lead to their killer.

under investigation - with the tips
continuing to come in.

alleged road-rage incident got some
praise from a Troutville viewer.

the Virginia General Assembly last
week. Lawmakers told teen drivers to
turn off their cellphones, but one
viewer says it's not just teens who are
trouble.

Hepatitis A.

Two children there have developed
the virus.

In a letter, the health officials
say, Hepatitis A is easily transmitted
among young children, especially those
in diapers. That's because the virus is
spread through an infected person's
stool.

They are giving treatment to all of
the individual who are at risk. Health
officials says this in not health
concern for the general public.

nurses never have to worry about being
pulled to another unit or another
hospital --that's because they have a
closed staffing policy here.

It's been such a success Centra
Health has received a 75-thousand
dollar grant to show other hospitals
how to make it work.

Since the move to closed staffing
six year ago, Centra Health's nurse
turnover rate has dropped by almost
half. Hospital infections have also
reduced and patients are not staying as
long.

The Don Knotts Statue Committee
is making plans for a memorial river
front park in Morgantown.

The park would honor the actor,
rather than the characters he played.

It would be home to a statue and
sculptures highlighting Knotts's
career.

Although he is best known for his
role as a bumbling deputy on "The Andy
Griffith Show."

The actor died last February at
the age of 81.

The committee is trying to raise
50 thousand dollars for the statue.
