Nelson county this evening.

State police say it happened around
5, on Route 29 north of Lovingston.

A car headed northbound crossed the
median and swerved into the southbound
lanes, hitting a tractor trailer
head-on.

The car's driver was pronounced
dead at the scene ... police have not
released their name yet.

The southbound lanes of Route 29
were blocked for more than an hour as
authorities investigated the crash.

made for a little boy who helped bring
an entire county together.

VO-NAT Joshua Cantrell was one of two

young boys from Floyd County diagnosed
with rare malignant brain tumors.

Cantrell was taken off life
support Sunday evening and died
yesterday afternoon.

The family will receive visitors
tomorrow, beginning at 5:P-M at the
Floyd Presbyterian Church.

A Memorial Service is scheduled
Thursday at 7:P-M at Floyd County High
School.

Family members will hold a
private graveside funeral service
Friday.

It tells them to burn in hell and he

Some take issue with the profanity

evidence was the focus of a six year
old Radford murder case today.

New York native William Gutersloh
is accused of killing 23 year old Lori
Pleasants and cutting her wrist to make
it look like a suicide. A forensic
expert testified that Gutersloh's D-N-A
was NOT found on any evidence at the
crime scene.

But the expert also said
Gutersloh could have still been in the
room.

The verdict: garlic had no
