a juvenile for threatening to bomb
Martinsville Middle School.

We're told that threat was made
this morning by phone before school

hours.

After some questioning,
authorities say they concluded this
particular student was behind the call.

The suspect has been charged with
threatening to bomb a school and is
behind held at the Moore Detention
Center in Danville awaiting a March
hearing date.

An accident involving a tractor
trailer and car has shut down both
southbound lanes of Interstate 81 near
the Lexington-Buena Vista exit in
Rockbridge County.

A 15-mile detour has been set up
on Route 11. It's taking all southbound
traffic through Lexington.

County is mourning the loss of a
pre-schooler today.

VO-NAT Joshua Cantrell lost the battle

yesterday afternoon. He was one of two
young boys from Floyd County News Seven
first introduced you to last month.

They were both diagnosed with rare
malignant brain tumors.

Cantrell was taken off life
support Sunday evening. We understand
he shared some special moments with his

family before he died.

"Same Fight", the group dedicated
to raising awareness and funds for the
boys will continue, because Chance
Harman is still undergoing treatment.

The family will receive visitors
tomorrow, beginning at 5:P-M at the
Floyd Presbyterian Church.

A Memorial Service is scheduled
Thursday at 7:P-M at Floyd County High
School.

Family members will hold a
private graveside funeral service
Friday.

run away from home.

found a man who had been stabbed
several times.

But this afternoon UVA basketball
got a major honor as Monica Wright was
