yesterday.

is accused of killing 23 year old Lori
Pleasants and cutting her wrist to make
it look like a suicide.

A forensic expert testified that
Gutersloh's D-N-A was NOT found on any

evidence at the crime scene.

Gutersloh could have still been in the

person dead yesterday.

around five in the evening, on Route 29
north of Lovingston.

A car headed northbound crossed
the median and swerved into the
southbound lanes, hitting a truck
head-on.

21-year old Angelia Faith Bragg

She was a member of the Air
Force.

The truck driver suffered minor
injuries.

Wright is the unanimous choice for
Atlantic Coast Conference rookie

of the year.

Wright was the top rookie scorer in
the league with 14-point-9

points a game, and led the Cavaliers
with 67 steals.

She's also an eight-time selection
as the league's rookie of the

week.

Wright says her biggest confidence
boost came in the seventh

game of her career on November 29th,
when Virginia played Temple.

She finished with a career- high 26
points.

an entire county together.

young boys from Floyd County diagnosed
with rare malignant brain tumors.

Cantrell was taken off life

support Sunday evening and died Monday
afternoon.

The family will receive visitors
today, beginning at five P-M at the

Memorial Service is scheduled for
Thursday at seven P-M at Floyd County
High School.

Family members will hold a
private graveside funeral service

The family will receive visitors

a juvenile for threatening to bomb
Martinsville Middle School.

We're told that threat was made
yesterday morning by phone before
school hours.

After some questioning,
authorities say they concluded this
particular student was behind the call.

The suspect has been charged with
threatening to bomb a school and is
being held at the Moore Detention

Center in Danville awaiting a March
hearing date.

ENG#1 D-N-A evidence was the focus of a


six-year-old Radford murder case
yesterday.

New York native William Gutersloh
is accused of killing 23-year-old Lori
Pleasants.

A forensic expert testified that
Gutersloh's D-N-A was NOT found on any
evidence at the crime scene.

But the expert also said
Gutersloh could have still been in the

room.

The trial will resume again this
morning and is expected to last all
week.

ENG#2 A sign in Franklin County is


sparking controversy.

The sign is a message to those
who stole Curtis Reamey's A-T-V's
several months ago.

Some take issue with the
profanity written on the sign because
it is located in Reamey's yard along
Route 220 near Boones Mill.

The Commonwealth's Attorney says
Reamey is not breaking the law and
therefore the county cannot force him
to take down the sign.

and a car in Nelson County left one
person dead yesterday.

State police say it happened
around five in the evening, on Route 29
north of Lovingston.

21-year old Angelia Faith Bragg
from Lovingston was pronounced dead at
the scene.
