48-year old Thomas Daniel Nuckles
entered the plea without admitting
guilt.
He was found guilty of forcible sodomy.
The Commonwealth dropped the charge of
aggravated sexual battery.

chance to stay out of jail.

Brown was arrested two weeks again in
Florida for allegedly assaulting the
owner of a nail salon.
She was already on probation for a
2004 fight in New York nail salon.
She plead guilty today to leaving New
York without the permission of her
probation officer.
The judge says if Brown gets into any
more trouble, she'll go to jail for a
year.
