William Gutersloh is charged with the
murder.

Cody Moore admitted he was a drug
dealer at the time and says Gutersloh
was angry with him over a bad drug
deal.

Moore says Gutersloh attacked him
in a restaurant just days before
Pleasants murder.

reportedly booming in the Bahamas,
thanks to the intense media spotlight
over the final resting place of the
late Anna Nicole Smith.

the Lakeview cemetery, where Smith's
son Daniel is buried, and the seaside
Horizons estate, which is the home

been involved in a legal battle in a
Florida Appeals Court over where the
former Playboy model's body should be
buried.

The judges ruled on yesterday

23-year-old Nicole Uribe exchanged her
five-month-old baby boy in exchange for
15-hundred dollars.

Of that money, 500-dollars was to
be used for a down payment on a used
Dodge Intrepid.

the arrest affidavit shows uribe
reportedly told police she didn't
really want to give up her baby, but
she felt she had no choice because she
can't afford to raise a child.

Jose and Irene Lerma were
arrested for their involvement in

highways.

Survey USA conducted the
scientific poll Tuesday of 500 people
in our viewing area.

think the state's speed limits are
generally just about right.

But when we asked whether they

shooting.

It happened at the Wendy's at the
intersection of Rutgers and Hershberger
Wednesday night.

A spokeswoman for the Roanoke
police department says that one person
was shot.

of a Radford Murder case -- as the
victim's former boyfriend took the
stand.

For the third straight day
prosecutors built their case against 30
year old William Gutersloh.

He's charged with first degree
murder in the death of 23 year old Lori

Pleasants' boyfriend at the time,
Cody Moore, says Gutersloh attacked him
just days before Pleasants murder.
