Lawmakers say Virginia's Roads
are in need of repair, but in order to
do that they've passed a Transportation
Bill that could leave the Commonwealth

During a recent visit to Roanoke,
Governor Kaine said the bill needs
significant revisions because it
requires tapping into the general fund
which helps support education. An idea
some Virginian's don't support either.
