spent time today trying to piece
together what happened in yesterday's
crash that claimed the life of a
Lynchburg teenager.

Yesterday 18-year-old Andrew Hyram Thulin was
headed east on Route 130 in Amherst
County when he ran off the side of the
road.
Thulin apparently overcorrected and
swerved into the westbound lane where
his truck was hit head-on by a tractor
trailer.
Thulin was not wearing a seatbelt
and was thrown from his car ... he was
pronounced dead at the scene.
