County this morning is back in custody.

Authorities say 46-year-old Eric
J Beard is under their watch after
disappearing at a bus stop in Wythe
County.
At one point he was thought to
have boarded another bus to
Winston-Salem.
Beard is an Ohio fugitive and is
wanted for violating parole.
He was considered dangerous.

about a bill that recently passed the
legislature.

anyone operating a boat in Virginia
will be required to take a course
before getting behind the wheel.

accidents, the driver hasn't had

mugged in a vicious attack and lives to
tell about it.

The robber made off with 33
dollars then police believe he went to
another apartment building and attacked

28th annual tribute from the ancient
order of hibernians hahy-bur-nee-uhns
the group placed a wreath near the
eternal flame at Arlington National
Cemetery where Kennedy is buried.
The ancient order is an
Irish-Catholic Fraternal organization
created in 18-36 to aid irish-catholic
immigrants.
The late Kennedy was the only U-S
President of Irish Descent who was a
member of the group.
