are in the Garden City community trying
to fix a water main break.

evening that several neighborhoods are
without water and at this point
officials don't know when it will be
restored.

They're not sure how the break
happened but the damage spans across
the 26 hundred and 33 hundred blocks of

department says flames broke out in one
of the side buildings.

Crews had it under control about
40 minutes later.

while driving will soon become a thing
of the past for many Virginia
teenagers.

They also can no longer drive and
send text messages or even use
hands-free communication devices.

This change comes after Governor
Kaine gave his green light of approval
on a bill that bans anyone under 18
from using a cellphone while driving.

and that satelitte tracking on the
British boats backs it up ... both

The British Navy had been on patrol in
the long-disputed waters of the Persian

waterway.

The group of 15 had just completed a
smuggling search when the Iranians
moved in and seized them.

According to the British they were in
Iraqi territory ... but Iran insists
they illegally entered Iranian waters
in what they now call a move of
``blatant aggression.''

passengers on board a U-S Airways
flight were quarantined at Charlotte
Douglas International after one of the
passengers claimed he exposed everyone
on board to smallpox.

working to identify the skeletal
remains of eight people.

All of them found in a heavily
wooded area.

night.

conference to introduce its new
skipper.

will be Ritchie Mckay, who was fired
just a few weeks ago after five seasons
as the head coach at New Mexico.

Mckay has also served as head
coach at Portland State, Oregon State,

Mexico was just 32-26 in the last two
years, including a mark of 12-17 this
