June the weeds start up.
IF THEY KNOW THEY ARE SENSITIVE AND
START HAVING SYMPTOMS IT'S BETTER TAKE
MEDICATION RIGHT AWAY TO HELP STOP IT

MEDICATIONS WILL HELP CONTROL THE

PRESCRIPTIONS THAT ARE PREVENTIVE
Allergy shots are also an option --
but if you haven't already started them
-- it may be too late for this season
because it takes time for your body to
respond.
Avoiding peak pollen times between
10 am and 4 p-m and windy days can also
be beneficial. Showering before bedtime
is also a good idea to wash off pollen.
And keep your windows closed
