nearly two months, but tonight people
in Franklin County finally had a chance
to address a controversial proposal

the idea of a bounty back in January.

the carcass to the animal control
office. Officers will then clip out
the tongue to signify that coyote has
been accounted for.

the fields at least once.

But no one will be able to use the

400-thousand dollars, it ended up only

the state budget, according to Governor
Tim Kaine's office.

Police in Miami Beach, Florida got
a call early this afternoon about a
bank robbery in progress....When crews
arrived on scene, they took a person
into custody....During that arrest,
another call came in, this one a man
claiming to be holding hostages at a
nearby office building.

He demanded the arrested man be
released or he would start
shooting....workers then started
running from the building, claiming
they saw two armed men.

Police searched for hours but the
two men weren't found.
