Just when you think the Virginia
Tech pitcher can't top her last feat -
she does.

This afternoon Tincher was named
the National player of the week by USA
Softball.

This Season Over the weekend she posted a
pair of 1-to-nothing wins over Florida
State including an 8 innning perfect
game in which she struckout 18 of the
24 batters she faced. For the weekend,

For the season - she's already
won 20 games this season, struck out
330 batters and her earned run average
is point 43.
