thunderstorm rolled through north
Roanoke County, a house caught fire.

Flames were coming out of
three sides of the home on Deerwood
Road when firefighters got there.

One person was inside and
made it out safely.

Investigators aren't sure
exactly what sparked the fire.

to two small brush fires-- one on

Extension.

The causes of those fires
are uncertain as well.
