After the verdict, the trial moves to

Jeanette McClinbug took the stand to

she worked at in the summer of 2005.

food is being recalled....a continuance
of the massive Menu Foods recall.

back its Prescription Diet m/d Feline
dry cat food.

The company says it contains
wheat gluten from the same supplier as
all of the other tainted food.

Going back to the original
recall, the FDA says it found a
chemical used to make plastics in
samples of the wet pet foods from Menu,
called melamine.

However the FDA says it
found NO trace of a cancer drug used in
rat poison, depsite experts in New York
claiming their tests DID find the
substance.

priest charged with embezzling more
than half a million dollars from two
Louisa County churches has pleaded not
guilty.

The Reverend Rodney L. Rodis
(ROH'-diss) is charged with 13 counts
of embezzlement.

If convicted, he could face up to
20 years in prison on each count. Bond
was set at 25-thousand dollars.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of
Richmond says Rodis embezzled more than
600-thousand dollars from a church in
Bumpass (BUM'pass) and one in Mineral.

Rodis was pastor of the churches
from 1993 until his retirement last
May.

today.

Center shortly after noon.

Firefighters quickly put the fire
out.

Damage was contained to the
basement area, where the fire started.

The fire broke out while

bikes and noticed a man in the water.

His dad called 9-1-1 and started
searching until help arrived.

Teams combed the area last night
but came up short.

a crew found 28 year-old Thomas Andrew
Camp of Augusta County.

cruelty.

Nancy Felter was accused of
depriving her dog of emergency
veterinary treatment.

Her dog suffered a broken leg, so
she made a splint for it.

But the vet who finally treated
the dog... three or four weeks
later...says the home-made cast was too
short and too soft.

Judge William Alexander dismissed
the charge today, saying Felter had
done what she could to help the dog.

She's due back in a month to
answer charges she failed to properly
dispose of 11 dead dogs on her
property.

It was supposed to be unveiled at
a New York gallery window next Monday
and remain on display through Easter
Week.

was displayed as candy, over the Easter
Week timing, and because the chocolate
Jesus was naked.
