The 25-year-old defendant is
expected to go on trial for capital

man who robbed the Fas-Mart on West
Main Street overnight.

The clerk told police a white
male walked into the store around 1:20
this morning, went up to the cash
register and demanded money.

The suspect took off with an
undisclosed amount of cash.

He got away in a gray Nissan
Pathfinder driven by a white female
with blond hair.

They were last seen heading
toward North Carolina.

have tested positive since January.

In 1969, Murray moved to
Richmond, where he continued to work in
radio and television. He joined the
statewide political campaigns of Andrew

Miller and other Democratic candidates,
and spent a decade travelling the

Along with his service in the
Army Air Force, Murray counted his
years in Roanoke among the most
memorable of his life... a tremendous
opportunity, he said, to use his
talent, education, and imagination as a
pioneering broadcast journalist.

It was 6-to nothing before Tech's
Bryan Thomas cranked a 2 run homer deep
to left field. *CG final Virginia Thomas was a bright spot for the 11 Hokies going 3 for 4 on the day. But
Virginia Tech UVA was too much as the Cavs won it 11 4 to 4.
