all afternoon trying to figure out
exactly how the victim died.

VO NAT She is 60 year old Nancy Copin
(COPE-in) who is the minister of Snow
Creek Christian Church.

We understand this morning two
members from the church went to her
home on Snow Creek Road to check up on
her.
When they opened a back door they
saw blood and called 9-1-1.
Investigators say they don't believe
this was a suicide, therefore at this
point are treating her death as
supicious.
Franklin County Commonwealth's
Attorney Cliff Hapgood was on the scene
this afternoon, he declined to comment
on the case.

church members. He told me Copin lived
alone and had only been the minister
for about two years.
When I asked if knew why anyone would
want to hurt her, he said the
congregation is completely baffed.

have raised the boat involved in
yesterday's fatal accident on Smith
Mountain Lake... but tonight, one of
the men is still missing.

salmonella contamination says it now
knows what happened.

The salmonellla bacteria sickened
more than 400 people nationwide.

The pair was accused of trying to
rob the Fort Chiswell McDonalds on New

expensive damage at a local private
school.
An electrical failure sparked
the fire at the Community School around
9:30 this morning.
The school on Williamson Road
was evacuated and no one was hurt.
However, the fire caused about
50-thousand dollars in damage to an
outside modular classroom.

its own to coach the Mountaineers and
replace John Beilein, who left earlier
this week to coach at Michigan.

Multiple reports across the
country say it is a done deal that Bob
Huggins, a Morgantown native, will
leave Kansas State and return home to
coach the Mountaineers - with the
official announcement set for tomorrow.
Huggins led Kansas State to the
NIT this past season. Huggins also
compiled a 399-127 record in 16 seasons
at Cincinnati before resigning under
pressure in August 2005 after a highly
publicized DUI arrest.

the University of Kentucky - thanks,

He has decided to stay at Florida
where he has been for the past 11
years.
Donovan has two years remaining
